Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Dynamiq, including BrainiQ, ActionQ and MeetingiQ. By using the apps you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your sign-in secure and give us accurate details.

Your content

What you put in Dynamiq stays yours. You give us permission to store it and to process it (including sending it to our AI and voice providers) only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Dynamiq to break the law or infringe someone's rights.
• Do not try to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the service, or access other people's data.
• Only record or transcribe meetings where you have the right and any needed consent from participants.

AI output

Dynamiq uses AI, which can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it or act on it. You are responsible for what you do with the results.

Connected services

If you connect Gmail, Google Drive, Slack or similar, you must be allowed to share that data, and those services' own terms still apply.

Plans and payment

Paid plans, where offered, are billed as shown at purchase. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Availability and liability

Dynamiq is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Dynamiq and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
